Amit A. Patel, MD is a board-certified internal medicine doctor and endocrinologist, licensed in North Carolina, Florida, Oregon, New York, and California. He earned his medical degree from Saba University in 2005, completed his internal medicine residency at East Carolina University, and went on to finish his fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at UNC Chapel Hill.
Dr. Patel currently practices at North Raleigh Endocrinology and the Diabetes Center. He provides both in-person and virtual consultations, helping patients with a wide range of needs in general medicine and endocrinology. He also practices integrative medicine at Integro Clinic (Old Well Medicine, PLLC) providing pharmacological treatments for weight loss, rejuvenation and men's hormone replacement therapy.

Mark Luongo, DC is a board-certified chiropractic physician who earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in 2010 and practices in North Carolina. He founded Integro Health (ZW,PC) in 2019 with a mission to provide holistic and alternative care options tailored to each patient’s needs.
Dr. Luongo offers non-pharmacological treatments for weight loss, neuropathy, and joint recovery at his clinic in Durham, North Carolina. As part of his care approach, he performs detailed musculoskeletal assessments to identify any physical limitations or discomfort that may interfere with your ability to stay active. He also evaluates posture, spinal alignment, and joint function to uncover factors that may contribute to weight gain or make weight loss more difficult.
In addition to physical care, Dr. Luongo provides general nutrition education, including tips on healthy eating habits, portion control, and balanced nutrition.
